What a night! Here’s to the future..
SO, as anyone reading this is probably already aware…we weren’t able to pull out the W this past weekend at Nietzsche’s for the ArtVoice BOOM! competition. From what we understand, it was a very close vote between us and the winner. ..Regardless, what a night it was! I was privileged to be surrounded by three truly professional musicians in Rick, Tony and my father. My brother Alan even joined up last minute to provide some crucial backup vocals and tambourine action. How many people can say they rocked an original music show with their dad and brother? …Awesome.
The bar was absolutely packed, with the official attendence for the night surpassing 300 people (not including the bands). I just want to thank my rogue band for putting in the time and effort to play this show with me..because without them, I would have been quite the lame act. I’d also like to thank Buck Quigley and ArtVoice for this amazing opportunity to spread my music. LAST. but most importantly, I would like to sincerely thank everyone for coming out and supporting me in this endeavor..I hope you enjoyed yourself as much as I did! This is only the beginning.
Below is a clip from the show, the debut live performance of “And you Are, Who?”
